False 23rd Sepember 2017 Bible Preachers

There are many people producing YouTube videos about the Rev 12:1-2 celestial sign that will occur on 23rd September 2017.  Some of these are Biblically based, whereas others make extravagant claims that defy belief if the Bible is used to check their claims.

Below are YouTube videos I have made that analyze these preachers and where necessary, expose their false teachings.

Feel free to make provide a Like, Dislike or a comment below the video to indicate how you feel about my comments.

Scott (Scottie) Clarke

The video below reveals 4 aspects of Scott's claims in his "Something Epic This Way Comes - September 23, 2017 - Stunning Cross References REVEALED" video; and one claim on his "Scott Clarke Sept 23 2017 Sign IS the DELUSION" video that are worth analyzing.

  1. Who is the child in Virgo's womb?  It can't be a Gentile child in a Jewish virgin!
  2. Is the Church still in its "gestation period" - meaning, not yet born?
  3. Is the birthing process actually reversed – that the birth occurs first and then the labour pains follow?
  4. Is Israel really "pregnant" but doesn’t know it?
  5. Do Christians now have to cast aside their faithful Bibles in favour of listening to Scott Clarke for their understanding of the Book of Revelation?

Robert Breaker

Robert has quite a number of videos on YouTube in which he speaks about a variety of Bible topics.

Naturally, he speaks about the celestial event of 23rd September 2017 in which he assigns this date to be when the Rapture occurs.  However, his more serious errors occur during his preaching relating to 'Once Saved, Always Saved'.

In the video below, you will see how scripture refutes several of his claims, and it also addresses other important aspects of Christian Salvation:

  1. The 5 stages of spiritual growth needed by Christians to obtain Final Salvation

  2. The need for the 'New Birth (or being Born-again) to occur -  illustrations are provided to help explain what the Bible reveals about this experience.

  3. Conditional Salvation.  The video provides examples of God'srequirements for Christians to meet for Salvation to be secured.

The full 27-minute video addressing these issues can be seen by clicking the image below.

A 6-minute video covering the 'New Birth' that has been extracted from the video above can be seen by clicking the image below.

Pastor Carl Gallups

Pastor Gallups claims that Jesus Christ is the "man-child" to whom the virgin gives birth.

Below is a copy of the comment I left on his YouTube video page.  Please click on the image below to view what Pastor Gallups has to say.

This commentary by Pastor Gallups is false and misleading for the following reasons!

First, if you view the video at the 7:15 minute point, you will hear him say shortly afterwards:

"...for her child was caught up to God and to His throne...you see, this male child that comes from the woman is depicting the birth of Jesus who is also the one singular person in all of history according to the scriptures who is destined to ultimately rule all the nations with an iron sceptre".

Pastor Gallups' claim that the Revelation 12 child is Jesus cannot be true for the following reasons:

1. The Book of Revelation originated from God the Father, and was passed from Him to Jesus Christ His Son. Jesus then gave it to "His angel" who then passed it on to John, as stated in the scripture verse below. The point here is that Jesus was enthroned in Heaven at His Father's side AFTER His resurrection when this event occurred:

(Rev 1:1-2) "The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to show unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John: {2} Who bare record of the word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw."

(Acts 2:32-33) "This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses. {33} Therefore BEING BY THE RIGHT HAND OF GOD EXALTED, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear."

2. Therefore, if God the Father produced the Book of Revelation AFTER Christ's resurrection, how could the virgin's child referred to in Rev 12:1-2 represent the physical birth of Jesus Christ in Bethlehem if the introductory verses reproduced above (written in 96 AD by John) claim that The Revelation is "...to show unto his servants THINGS WHICH MUST SHORTLY COME TO PASS" - meaning future events!!

The birth of Jesus occurred at least 96-years earlier to when the Book of Revelation was written; so it is on this basis that Pastor Gallup's claims oppose what the verses of Rev 1:1-2 clearly state.

In other words, the "man-child" of Rev 12:1-2 MUST be another person or group of people. I believe it is the 144,000 Jewish men who are virgins because Israel as a nation must bring forth a child (or group of people) from that nation. It is these who will rule the earth with a rod of iron:

(Rev 14:3-4) "And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but THE HUNDRED AND FORTY AND FOUR THOUSAND, which were redeemed from the earth. {4} These are they which were NOT DEFILED WITH WOMEN; for THEY ARE VIRGINS. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb."
